Parametric design and made-to-measure fitting provide a more comfortable and protective mask.
Use your mask again and again. Just sterilise it and change the filter material occasionally.
Easily manufacture the mask on-site using any 3D-printing process to save time and energy.
We have collected the most important information on the medical application of our masks for you. This includes the basic conditions for successful protection, such as applicable filter material, disinfection and correct use.
To help you find out which mask size fits you best, we have written a small guide. In addition, you will soon find information about our mask customisation service using a full-hd video of your face for a perfect fit.
Look at our previous versions of the mask. We show you our changes and why we chose them. You can also download the previous versions here. We are also very grateful for your ideas for further versions.
To make 3D printing easier for you, we have published our 3D printing settings. You can also send us your more efficient or better 3D printing settings for the community. Any feedback is very welcome!

We develop our masks in close collaboration with medical professionals. A medical certification will be considered with further development.
*: Our open source publicated masks are not the final versions. There may be extensions / changes due to subsequent improvements. Our masks are currently not medically certified. We cannot assume any liability for the quality of the printed objects. So far there are only studies that suggest protection of others but not the wearer of the mask. The masks only protects if a filter material is inserted. How well the mask protects depends on the filter material and the fit. Please do not forget the other hygiene measures, this mask does not replace them.
